Swordfish

COOKING SPRAY
2 LBS SWORDFISH (4 PORTIONS)
1/4 TSP. SALT
1/4 TSP. GROUND BLACK PEPPER
2 C. MARINARA SAUCE
1/2 TSP. GRATED LEMON RIND
HEAT LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. COAT PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY.
SPRINKLE FISH WITH SALT AND PEPPER. ADD FISH TO PAN.
COOK 4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.
COMBINE MARINARA AND RIND IN A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL. MICRO ON HIGH 3 MINUTES UNTIL HEATED.
SERVE WITH LEMON WEDGE.
